how to disect during the verity encounter of the salvations edge raid:
layout: there are 2 sections of the encouter. the inside and the outside. the outside is the whole arena while the inside is the room split in half by a wall. the inside has a set of 3 statues that display 2d shapes (triangle, cirle, square) and the outside has its own matching set of 3 statues that display a 3d shape (combo of 2 2d shapes).
goal: the goal of disecting is to get each of the 3 statues on the outside to display a 3d shape that does not contain the 2d shape that its inside counterpart displays.
part 1: at the start of the encounter 3 people will be teleported "inside". these inside people will see 3 statues. these statues will each hold a primitive shape being either triangle, circle, or square. someone will read these shapes left to right and you will hear a call such as "cts" meaning "circle, triangle, square" or something similar.
part 2: look at the 3d shapes being held by the inside statues. you will make (usually two) swaps of the 2d shapes making the 3d shapes until they are all succesfully disected (does not contain the matching statues 2d shape). a set of 3 knights spawn at the back of the room that will drop a 2d shape on the ground when killed. (note that you can only kill 1 of each shape for each set of knights before having to kill ogres to respawn the knights) these 2d shapes can be picked up and put into statues.
part 3: in order to make a swap you place the 2d shape you want to swap out into the statue with the 3d shape you want to take it from and then pickup and place another 2d shape into a different statue that has the 3d shape you want to take the 2d shape from. once you have placed a 2d shape in two different statues those shapes will swap and those two statues will be holding different 3d shapes. complete swaps until all statues are disected.
